Screen Enclosures / Pool Enclosures
Screen Enclosures can help transform your outside area into a space you enjoy. An enclosure can help keep pesky insects out, add protection and privacy, cut down on the amount of debris in the pool and on the patio, and reduce UV Rays.
Screen Room
A Screen Room is much like our Screen Enclosures, but it has an Insulated Aluminum Roof. You can choose between a 3 inch, 4 inch, or 6 inch insulated roof. The aluminum roof has the option to include a fan beam so you can install a ceiling fan.
Combo Screen Enclosures
A Combo Screen Enclosure combines a screen room with an aluminum roof and a screen enclosure with a screen roof. This combo allows you to enjoy your area when it rains but also gives you the option of laying in the sun when you want – all while keeping the bugs away.
Open View Screen Enclosures
Open View Screen Enclosures are an option for both the screen rooms and pool/screen enclosures. With an Open View Screen Enclosure, we install a carry-beam across the top of the screen walls which allows the aluminum posts to be spaced further apart, therefore creating a more “open view” as opposed to the “bird cage” feel normal screens give.
Sunroom
A Sunroom can create additional living space for your family at a fraction of the price of traditional home additions. You can use your sunroom as an exercise room, game room, guest room, mediation room, or more.
Rear Lanai
Screening in your existing covered lanai is a less expensive way to add entertainment space to your home and keeps the bugs out! We use Phifer Screen and top-quality aluminum that is manufactured here in Florida. Pre-fabricated screen frames provide precision cuts and assembly.
Front Lanai
Screening in your front entry way can help keep mosquitos and other bugs out of your home with an extra barrier. There are also many options of front entry doors to choose from to match your style.
Patio Covers
Patio Covers provide shade for your outdoor area which may also help keep the inside of your home cooler. A patio cover helps protect you and your furniture from rain as well and provides the perfect area to grill out.
Pergola Ideas
Pergolas are outdoor structures consisting of columns that support a roofing grid of beams and rafters. The roof can be left open or covered and both ways help provide shade. Pergolas may be freestanding or attached to your house.
Paver Installation
Pavers are a great option for an open patio or as the foundation for your screen enclosure. Pavers are visually appeasing and provides many different design options as they come in different colors, sizes, and textures.
Concrete
Concrete is a more affordable option as compared to pavers. Concrete slabs are easy to install and maintain. You can choose a broom finish, smooth finish, or textured finish for the slab. Concrete can be painted or you can place tile on top.
Enclosure to Room
Have an existing screen enclosure you are tired of not being able to use when it rains? Don’t want to tear it down to rebuild a screen room? We can remove the existing screen roof and install an aluminum roof on your existing screen wall frame.
Vinyl Windows
Vinyl windows are a less expensive alternative to glass windows. They can be custom ordered to fit in most existing screen rooms and can be removed on days you would prefer to enjoy the breeze through the screen. You can choose from a clear or tinted window.
Garage Screen
Enjoy working in your garage with the door open for the breeze, but would love to keep the bugs out? A garage screen door is the perfect solution and it also helps provide privacy.
Carport
If your garage is too full to park your car inside, you may be interested in a carport. It helps protect your car from the heat and rain and also helps you stay dry when getting in and out of the car in the rain.
