Our friendly and knowledgeable office staff is always available to answer any questions and concerns a customer may have throughout the process of their project. We are committed to keeping our customers informed at each step of the project. We will call or email each customer to let them know when their job has been received in the office, when their HOA applications have been submitted, when their engineering has been received and their permit applied for, when their permit has been approved, to confirm they have received HOA approval, and when we will schedule work to begin.

Each of our field crews have been in the industry for many years. All of our installers are courteous and professional, and they pride themselves on providing the best quality of work possible. Most of our screen projects are pre-fabricated in our warehouse with hidden screws and transported to the jobsites for installation. All of our projects are built to meet the current Florida Building Code and Hurricane Wind Requirements. We use top-quality materials, including Ceco Screws and Phifer Screen, on our projects, and we offer a two-year limited warranty.
