At MD Construction, each screen room is custom built using high quality aluminum framing in your choice of Bronze or White. You can select a roof system that fits your needs, from a standard riser-pan style to insulated roof panels in three, four, or six inch thicknesses for better heat control. We can also include a built-in fan beam to support lighting or ceiling fans for added comfort.
Screen options range from standard mesh to pet resistant or privacy screens, giving you control over airflow, visibility, and durability. Kick plates can be added for extra protection, and the structure can be built on an existing patio or paired with a new concrete slab.
