This Winter Haven home started with a small unscreened patio that offered little protection from Florida’s sun, rain, or bugs. The homeowner wanted to create a more usable space to relax outside and knew a screen room would be the perfect solution.
Our team at MD Construction expanded the foundation with new concrete and built a full-screen room enclosure designed to provide shade and protect from the harsh Florida rays. With a durable insulated roof, strong aluminum framing, kick plates, and seamless integration with the existing home, the once-limited patio is now a comfortable retreat. Electrical was also added for a ceiling fan, giving the family year-round comfort in their new outdoor living space.
