We built new screen walls beneath the existing 3″ aluminum pan roof, enclosing the space without altering the original structure. Everything was installed directly over the home’s existing 4″ concrete slab, allowing for a quicker, cleaner transformation without pouring new foundation.
The aluminum framing includes durable posts and 16-inch kick plates, designed to shield the space from dirt, debris, and splashing rain while maintaining airflow and visibility. With these additions, the patio is now a breezy, bug-free area perfect for relaxing mornings or shaded afternoons — no more worrying about pests or unpredictable weather.
