Three First-Place Best of LKLD Awards
Winning three first-place Best of LKLD awards is an incredible honor for the entire MD Construction team. It reflects the trust local homeowners place in the company for quality work, dependable communication and outdoor living spaces tailored to their homes.
The Best Patio Screening award highlights the work MD Construction is known for throughout Central Florida. The team designs and builds custom screen enclosures, pool enclosures, screen rooms, lanais, sunrooms and other outdoor improvements based on each homeowner’s space, priorities and budget.
The Best Home Improvement Service and Best Contractor/Construction Company awards recognize more than the finished project. They also reflect the care that goes into every step, from the initial consultation and custom design to permitting, engineering, construction, inspection and final walkthrough.
Recognized by Winter Haven Area Readers
MD Construction is equally grateful to receive second place for Best Patio Screening and third place for Best Home Improvement Service in the 2026 Best of Haven awards.
Being recognized by both Lakeland and Winter Haven area readers makes these awards especially meaningful. MD Construction serves homeowners throughout Polk County and communities across Central Florida, helping families create outdoor spaces they can enjoy in every season.
