The "Brag-Worthy" Upgrades

Custom 36” Hardie Board Walls: Instead of a floor-to-ceiling screen, we integrated a 36” Hardie Board knee wall. This gives the room a solid, “built-in” architectural look that matches the home’s exterior and provides extra privacy for guests.
Climate-Controlled Comfort: We didn’t just put up a roof; we installed 3″ insulated roof panels to act as a heat shield. To keep the air moving, the plan included three remote-controlled ceiling fans, making it the perfect spot for a summer BBQ even in the July heat.
A “Seamless” Extension: This wasn’t a “bolt-on” job. We finished the 27.5’ x 12’ space with matching shingles and a full gutter system to ensure the new lounge looked like it was part of the original house design.
Hurricane-Ready Engineering: You can’t enjoy the party if you’re worried about the storm. This room is engineered to meet the 2023 Florida Building Code with a 130 mph wind rating, using heavy-duty 6005 T5 aluminum members.
