Screen Room, Front Lanai, and Gutter Installation in Davenport, FL

This Davenport homeowner transformed their property with not one but three major upgrades from MD Construction. Looking to enjoy more usable outdoor space while boosting curb appeal and protecting their home, they chose a full backyard screen room, a front lanai enclosure, and new seamless gutters.

What began as a simple table and umbrella setup is now a complete screen room enclosure. With an insulated roof, durable aluminum framing, kick plates, and a decorative acrylic concrete slab, the family gained a permanent outdoor retreat they can enjoy comfortably in any weather.

At the front of the home, we enclosed the covered porch with a screen wall lanai. This addition enhances the home’s exterior while providing a welcoming, shaded entryway. To complete the project, we installed seamless gutters that direct rainwater away from the foundation and roofline, ensuring both protection and long-lasting performance.
