We built a new aluminum screen room measuring 23 feet by 8 feet, installed directly over the existing concrete slab. This approach kept the project cost-effective while still providing a solid, long-lasting foundation.
To enhance the space, we used a 3-inch insulated pan roof and durable aluminum framing. A 16-inch kick plate adds extra protection, and the screen panels keep out bugs and debris without blocking airflow or sunlight. This design is perfect for Florida’s outdoor lifestyle.
As a result, the homeowner now enjoys year-round comfort without relying on temporary shade. Whether it’s a sunny morning or a rainy afternoon, their new screen room offers the perfect place to unwind.
