Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of each step in our process, from securing permits and HOA approvals to completing your installation. We’ve included timeline estimates to keep you informed and confident throughout your project.

Some HOA’s will not allow ARC applications from Vendors

Once started, foundation work can take up to 2 weeks pending unforeseen delays such as weather

*Some cities require HOA approval BEFORE the permit application can be submitted.
**Foundations are currently scheduled 4–6 weeks AFTER ALL approvals have been received (HOA, permits, and plan approval). Screen walls installed under existing roofs do NOT require preliminary measurements and will NOT be prefabricated. Precise measurements are taken 1–2 weeks after the foundation is complete. Installation is currently scheduled 3–6 weeks AFTER foundation completion.
***Windows are custom-made to fit the installed frame. Measurements are taken once the frame installation is complete, and windows are ordered within 1–2 days. Production and shipping of windows currently take 12–14 weeks.
