A screen combo enclosure gives you the flexibility to enjoy your outdoor space in any weather. By combining a solid aluminum roof with an open screen roof section, you get both shade and sunlight in one continuous design. It is ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or simply having options.
At MD Construction, we custom build each combo to fit your layout and preferences. The solid roof portion can be built with insulated panels in three, four, or six inch thicknesses to reduce heat and increase comfort. The screened section allows fresh air to flow while keeping out insects and debris, giving you the best of both environments.
Every combo is crafted using the same high quality aluminum framing we use for all of our structures, available in Bronze or White, and includes options for screen type, kick plates, and integrated gutters.
With a screen combo enclosure, you do not have to choose between sun or shade. You can enjoy both, in a space that feels open, protected, and designed just for you.
