Excellent communication and a customer focused approach. The process was a bit bumpy due to my HOA approval taking longer than anticipated, but the MD Construction company representatives were super helpful, understanding, caring, and patient during the whole process. Once HOA approved, the project completion was quick and smooth. I love my new patio enclosure and would definitely recommend this company!

I could not be happier with my screen enclosure from MD Construction. The craftsmanship and professionalism are second to none. From Sarah and Guilherme in the office to Erico in the field they are all on the same page and the entire project could not have run any smoother. The entire team took care of everything from setting up estimate appointments to signing off on permits and all paperwork. Erico and his team did an awesome job building and erecting the enclosure over 3 full days. It is beautiful and looks better than I pictured it. From our first encounter with Carlos he struck us as being a wonderful, honest and dependable person. He was very helpful and gave us some really great ideas to get our project done. Everything was scheduled in a timely manner. The staff, Gabrielle and Riva, are exceptional young ladies. They were extremely helpful throughout and always very pleasant. We had a screen room added onto our concrete patio, and I love everything about it. The screens are large and sturdy, the room has withstood multiple tropical systems over the past few years, the concrete paint has lasted well, the roof and shade provide great protection from the sun, and I gained a favorite room! This was our best purchase in a very long time. Highly recommend.

Happy with our experience with MD Construction. They constructed a backyard patio with brick pavers & a screen enclosure for us. Very happy with the result and they were easy to work with. Communication from Sarah was excellent. Some of the others, not so much, but Sarah was always quick to answer calls and sort out any questions we had about the process or scheduling. She was excellent. Would do business with MD again!

They were great to work with. They handled most of the paperwork, including HOA permissions. They were even able to accomadate a last minute change in door style that we requested. Installer showed up when expected and did a great job. Would not have any second thoughts about using them again, in fact they will be the first call.
