MD Construction LLC was founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Marcos and Megan Davila. Together, they lead a skilled and passionate team committed to helping homeowners enhance their outdoor living spaces across Central Florida. With over 5,500 completed projects, MD Construction has earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and dependable service.
Marcos brings expertise in designing and building custom screen enclosures, sunrooms, pool cages, patio enclosures, screened-in porches, and pergola designs. Megan’s background in customer service and permitting ensures each project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final inspection.
Our friendly and knowledgeable office staff is here to guide you through every step of the process. We keep you informed at every stage, confirming when your project is entered into our system, when HOA applications are submitted, when engineering documents and permits are received, and when approvals and scheduling are finalized.
We believe in being honest and transparent, and we will let
you know if a certain design may not be the best fit for your home.
Our experienced sales team meets with customers in person to provide free, personalized estimates and helpful recommendations tailored to your space and goals. Once your project begins, our professional field crews take pride in their craftsmanship. Most screen enclosures are prefabricated in our warehouse using hidden screws for a clean, finished look, then delivered and installed on-site.
Every project is built to meet current Florida Building Code and Hurricane Wind Requirements. We use premium materials such as Ceco Screws and Phifer Screen and back our work with a two-year limited warranty.
